we didn't build this for a business plan. we built it because we kept watching people suffer.

we watched the NHS and GP services become overwhelmed — packed with people who desperately needed mental health support but were left waiting, uncertain, and alone. the strain on the system meant that the people who needed help the most were often the ones falling through the gaps.
that made us want to bridge that gap. to build something that means no one ever has to feel alone with their mental health — something that gives people a companion to speak to daily, whenever they need it, without judgement and without a weeks-long wait.
